Our Ministry Teams

The Preamble to the Constitution of Webster Groves Christian Church urges members to engage in "service to mankind" and to utilize "the gift of ministry." In order to provide service by means of ministry, the congregation has chosen to create a comprehensive group of Ministry Teams. These teams consist of members who share common interests and desire to be a part of the "worshipping, learning and serving congregation" which is the purpose of Webster Groves Christian Church.

The Ministry Teams meet periodically and, through their Team Leader, share their activities and concerns on a monthly basis with the Board of the Church. Ministry Teams are led by individuals who have experience and dedication to the focus of the Team. Through an intermediary body called the Council of Ministries, the Ministry Team leaders periodically meet to share their progress and ensure their efforts are mutually supportive of the mission and vision of the congregation.
